Wavecom (GSM) Modem (remote date collection)
Dial the NOMAD 2 from your office computer to view real-time data from all sensors. Use the Zoom inputs button in NOMAD Desktop to make sure all devices connected to the logger are functioning properly and to check the battery voltages. Use the Zoom Nomad 2 button to view the amount of space remaining on the Compact Flash card, the local time at the logger, the version of firmware running on the logger, and more.

Solar Panel with 12 V battery
In most remote circumstances, the 12 V battery will be charged by a combination of an externally mounted 10 watt solar panel to use as part of a charging system to power a modem or sensors recurring additional power.

Cables
0.5 Sq.mm , 5 & 3 Core cables with & Without Shield available to connect between Sensors & Data Logger with Numeric Coding.

Inspeed Vortex Hand Held Wind Meter
Inspeed 3-Cup rotor. Tilts flat for storage. Does not care where unit is pointed. Reed switch/magnet provide 1 pulse per rotation. approx. 3 mph to 125+ mph (~5 kph to over 200 kph). Pole Mount Hand Held Anemometer are also available.
Grounding Kit
Meteorological sensors, loggers, and masts accumulate static charge unless they are properly grounded. High winds, low humidity, and the height of the mast above ground increase the rate of charge accumulation.
A properly installed grounding kit protects your sensors and loggers from electrostatic discharge (ESD) by bringing the mast and everything mounted on it to ground potential. The copper-clad lightning spike provides an umbrella of protection for sensors at the top of the mast
