Innovative Design
 The superior & sturdy design of the Lattice
type Wind Towers, guarantees ease of assembly on
site. Minimal effort is required to erect with a
tackle, pulleys & ropes.
Hot Dip Galvanized steel structure construction
makes, the Wind Mast reliable in all conditions
yet easy to transport to remote sites. Tower
structure segments get fastened together to
required height.
Wind Towers are supported with guy wires in four
directions at each guy level.
Fast installation times prove a great advantage
in adverse conditions anywhere.
Wind Mast have consistently withstood extreme
high winds, ice accumulation, and corrosive
marine environments.
Specifically designed with remote monitoring in
mind, Wind towers can survive at simulated wind
tests of up to 57.5 meters per second at a
height of 10 meter from ground.
Lesser weight structures & components mean the
towers can be transported in sections, making
them easy to carry and avoiding the need for
heavy vehicles.

in adverse conditions anywhere.
Once installed, Wind Tower enables accurate wind
monitoring at the required height with minimal
visual impact.
Concrete is generally recommended for central
and guy foundations.
Installation of tower
 Lattice type Wind tower is assembled segment
wise. One segment lifted up at each time,
fastened together with previous segment and
built up to reach maximum height. The ladders
integrated with segments, help climbing the
tower. There’s no need for specialized equipment
for working at heights, except a tackle, pulleys
and ropes. However the mandatory safety
equipments require for working at elevated
heights are essential. All the instruments you
need can be fitted stage wise or all at a time &
tested.
