Shah Energy Inc. Tubular Wind Mast are
Scientifically designed specifically for wind
resource measurements. In wind energy
applications where anemometers and direction
vanes are typically installed at wind turbine
hub heights.
Superior
design and sturdy galvanized steel tube
construction make SEI Wind Mast reliable in all
conditions yet easy to transport to remote
sites. Tower tube sections slide together then
tilt up from the ground with a ginpole and
winch.
Our Wind Mast are supported with guy wires in
four directions at each guy level. Fast
installation times prove a great advantage in
adverse conditions anywhere.
Once installed, our Wind Mast enables accurate
wind monitoring at the required height with
minimal visual impact.
Concrete is generally recommended for
installation, and our Wind Masts can be easily
lowered and removed.

extreme high winds, ice accumulation, and

Down-to-earth
Our Wind Mast is assembled at ground level, so
there’s no need for specialist equipment for
working at heights. All the instruments you need
can be fitted and tested prior to erecting the
mast.
 And it’s just as easy to install. Only a hand
winch is required to tilt the Wind Mast
skywards. The main mast is pulled vertical using
a gin pole, hinged at the base plate by a
heavily reinforced pivot.
